I cannot download a file.
Use the Download PDF link on a template page. It points directly to a file and works without JavaScript. Check browser download permissions or open the PDF in a new tab. Customized exports require a modern browser; try a ready-made template if custom export is unavailable.
My saved templates are missing.
They are kept in local storage in the browser where you saved them. Another browser, private browsing, or cleared site data will have a different list. The site does not sync an account. Download files you want to keep permanently.
The pack says a sheet will not fit.
A large cutting shape, many music systems, or a wide margin can leave too little space. Keep the original sheet sizes, choose a larger format, or make a new version in the studio with smaller dimensions. The pack keeps physical measurements when paper size changes.
Can I ask for another type of paper?
Yes. Collect a feedback note below with the paper type, dimensions, and what you are using it for. Specific measurements help describe a useful template.
Collect a useful feedback note.
Describe the sheet and what happened. Include the page URL or the studio settings link so the issue can be reproduced. The button below creates a text file on your device; it does not send the note automatically.
